TECHNOLOGY WE IMPLEMENT
At SCS, technology is at the forefront of what we do. This includes our dispatch and service management strategy. All of our service technicians use a service management tool that gathers, stores, and processes information not only for the individual customer, but also for individual assets on a particular property. We know how important asset management is to property managers, so our program provides managers with the ability to request documentation on a particular piece of equipment and reduces the office turnaround time tremendously. We are regularly developing new innovative services with a focus on increasing access to information which is critical in developing strategic budgetary plans for the property you manage.
